Here our journey ends and I would like you to read the following text and share it with your management but also if possible with Mrs. Lynh and all the people who participated in the good realization of this trip.

Our stay in Vietnam is coming to an end and we would like to thank you for the quality of the trip organized by Horizon Vietnam Travel.

We would particularly like to thank three people with whom we have been in particular contact.

First of all, Mrs Lynh Thuy, who was able to present us with a programme that was always perfectly clear and was able to adapt to our various requests. The quality of its proposals convinced us to entrust you with the organization of our trip compared to the two other local agencies contacted.

Secondly, Mrs. Ly Doan ensured the continuation of the relations always with speed and precision in the assistance provided.

Finally, Mrs. Nguyen, I believe, ensure the logistics of our entire trip (I regret not finding her name). There was no problem either in terms of timing or bookings but above all, she took the trouble to call us twice to find out if everything was going well and I think that no European agency would have taken this particularly appreciable initiative.

We would not like to forget these thanks to the guide Hiep who apart from his explanations has always shown a lot of thoughtfulness and Hang the driver who is an excellent driver and who transported us in traffic that we are not used to and who would deserve training in French or English to be able to communicate when he finds himself alone as happened to us between Tam coq and Halong and between Halong and Hanoi.
