On September 10, 2022, the program of the “Mid-Autumn Festival 2022” and the “Inauguration of Nam Duay Bridge” were organized in Cong Bang commune, Pac Nam district, Bac Kan province by the Central Association of Vietnamese Community Health Care. The founder of HORIZON VIETNAM, Mr. Ta Duy Bau, is the Vice President of this Association.

Being a small commune in Bac Kan province, the inhabitants are mostly ethnic minorities such as Tay, Nung, H’Mong, Dao, San Chi, and Kinh. Their lives still face difficulties. In fact, the quality of life and health of children in the commune do not receive sufficient care. The “Mid-Autumn Festival” is a “luxury” for them. Organizing a mid-autumn festival helps them rediscover the joy of life.
The atmosphere of the mid-autumn festival filled the streets with joy for children throughout the country, including 600 children from Cong Bang commune. In particular, disadvantaged students received scholarships, gifts, and participated in traditional games, interesting cultural programs, etc.

The festival was successfully organized thanks to the trust and assistance of sponsors including HORIZON VIETNAM TRAVEL. On behalf of the 600 students, local leaders, and teachers of Cong Bang commune, Mr. Ta Duy Bau wished to express their sincere gratitude to the Central Association of Vietnamese Community Health Care and other humanitarian associations. Thanks to them, the children had a festival full of memories.
The program encouraged students to continue their studies and achieve good results during the new school year.

Also on this occasion, the Association organized an inauguration ceremony for the Nam Duay Bridge that crosses the river. This bridge allows schoolchildren and residents to move easily toward their village, thus helping to prevent accidents during the flood season.
