The Marble Mountain
Located about 8 km from the center of Da Nang city, Marble Mountain (Vietnamese: Ngu Hanh Son) is a must-see destination in Danang, especially for those who love hiking, adventure, or trekking. It consists of a group of five marble mountains, their summit offers a spectacular panoramic view of the city of Da Nang. The mountains are also home to pagodas, religious sites, and scattered places of worship.
At the beginning of the 19th century, Gia Long – the king and the founder of the Nguyen dynasty crossed and named the five mountains Ngu Hanh Son. He also named each of them according to one of the five elements of the universe according to Eastern philosophy: Kim Son (gold metal), Moc Son (wood), Thuy Son (water), Hoa Son ( fire) and Tho Son (earth).

My Son Sanctuary
Recognized as a World Cultural Heritage Site in 1999, My Son Sanctuary is considered the best-known Hindu temple center in Southeast Asia, a masterpiece of ancient Cham architecture. This is one of the sites to see in Danang!
Located in a narrow valley surrounded by mountains 50km from Danang, this monument is a set of Cham temples. This sanctuary consists of 70 original temples built at the end of the 4th century.
This architectural work is known as the religious and political capital of the Kingdom of Champa for several centuries. However, some monuments were destroyed due to war and now only 20 temples remain.
The architecture of the My Son sanctuary is influenced by different styles (old style in the 7th and 8th centuries, the My Son-Binh Dinh style, etc.) and many cultures (Arab, Malaysian, Indonesian and especially Indian).
All the monuments are built of red brick, stone with sandstone bas-reliefs depicting scenes from Hindu mythology.

In recent years, Golden Bridge (English: Golden Bridge, Vietnamese: Cầu Vàng) has become one of the most beautiful sights to see in Danang due to its unique structure. Built in 2017 and completed in 2018, it is located in Thien Thai Garden of Ba Na Hills Complex about 40 km from downtown Danang. This bridge is on Time magazine’s “100 Must-See Destinations of 2018” list.
The bridge was designed to match the magical theme of Ba Na Hills. With its gold-painted railings, the bridge looks like shiny silk crossing the green hills of Da Nang. It is a great place to take pictures.
With its 148.6m in length, the bridge rises 1414m above sea level. This Vietnamese masterpiece is lifted by two giant stones in the shape of the hands of the mountain god, helping the villagers to go to the garden of Thien Thai.
During your visit to Ba Na Hills, you can also admire the endless landscapes and majestic nature, enjoy the spectacular view, and immerse yourself in the cool atmosphere of Ba Na Hills.
