Sa Dec region
If it is often presented as the capital of the province of Dong Thap, Sa dec looks more like a town full of charm, thanks to its countless arroyos, its small bridges, or its old French-style houses dating back a hundred years ago… All this gives this small town the nickname of “Oriental Venice” in the Mekong Delta. The village’s reputation has even spread to neighboring countries such as Laos, Cambodia and China. Kim An Cung Pagoda, built in 1916, is a monument that is located in the city and is well preserved.
