Airlines serving Vietnam
If you are looking for a direct flight to Vietnam, note that only two companies offer this option which are Vietnam Airlines and Air France. According to an agreement between the two airlines, the flights are sold and provided by one or the other.
If you don’t mind a stopover, you’ll find plenty of other airlines serving Vietnam from different countries, including Emirates and Turkish Airlines, for example. However, the duration of your trip will often be longer, and the price is not necessarily more attractive.
Flights from France
First of all, know that Vietnam has 5 international airports :
- Tan Son Nhat (SGN) à Ho Chi Minh.
- Noi Bai (HAN) à Hanoi.
- Cam Ranh (CXR) à Nha Trang.
- Da Nang (DAD) à Danang.
- Phu Quoc (PQC).
However, only Tan Son Nhat and Noi Bai airports are served directly from France. To get to Cam Ranh, Da Nang, or Phu Quoc, you will need to take a domestic flight.

If you have decided to go to the airport by car, however, remember to book your parking in advance so as not to increase your expenses. Parking at Roissy Charles de Gaulle is the most expensive in France, and the most economical options are regularly full as the periods of major departures approach.
