For the tour, we appreciated the balance of the tour; we usually arrived at the hotels around 4 or 5 pm. We still had some free time. The guides, 2 (Saigon and Hanoi) out of the 3, were very nice and competent and they deserve to continue to accompany your customers, as for the drivers, we could appreciate their kindness with us and especially their competence because the driving in Vietnam is for us unusual! As for the hotels, they corresponded to our expectations, comfortable and clean, had good breakfasts and all well placed in the city centre. The restaurants were chosen by you during the tour: very good and copious meals, nice restaurants. The area of NhaTrang is a beach of all beauty and a formidable discovery for the Jungle Beach in the north. The night train trips: very good, very clean and comfortable. The cruise on Halong Bay: a small problem out of your control that you modified to our satisfaction. We also liked the fact that you checked in with us regularly by phone.

Once again, we confirm that we were very satisfied with the way you prepared our tour. We also appreciated your welcome when we arrived in Hanoi and getting to know you and your team was a great pleasure for us.
