It’s already been a month since we returned from Vietnam, and we have each resumed our professional activities.
All 4 of us have wonderful memories of our trip, and we sincerely thank you for the organisation put in place by your agency to make this trip a success.
We particularly appreciated the quality and kindness of the guides who accompanied us. Each in a different style, they made us discover your beautiful country and better understand, as much by the cultural dimension as by the historical or religious dimension, the customs, habits and art of living of the Vietnamese.
It is with Quenn that we spent the longest period of time and we can only be delighted, as his availability was total.
We appreciated the quality of all the services you provided to make our trip a success: each time, a car was waiting for us, with an efficient, careful and conscientious driver. We also appreciated the importance of your support throughout the trip, when we arrived in Vietnam (reception at the airport), when we took the night train and especially when we arrived in Hanoi very early in the morning, or when we left the country.
We keep an excellent memory of our trip and we measure the part which was yours in this one.
If we were to retain a less favourable point, it would be the stay we had in a local house, near BACCA. If we benefited from an exceptional welcome by a family who permanently tried to make our stay pleasant, we regretted the absence of clean linen, both for the night and for the toilet. We understood that we were living as close as possible to the local habits, but this doubt about hygiene worried us a bit. It seems to us that this is an important point to watch out for for the westerners that we are, even if, once again, we appreciated the warm and attentive welcome that was reserved for us.
We would like to thank you for this stay, and we will not fail to contact you again for another trip. We are already planning to discover Laos and Cambodia.
