Indeed we came back and went back to work to prepare the end of the year holidays and the beautiful menus to our customers.

Thank you for booking the flights that allowed us and sir in particular not to panic too much.

We were delighted with our holiday and the welcome of the Vietnamese people. You are a beautiful country and the future will smile on you because you are brave, welcoming and very commercial.

We will return with pleasure to your country but with fewer tours and more time in beautiful areas to better admire the beauty of these landscapes and better understand and appreciate people. The city is not for us and anything that resembles mass tourism either, we love the tranquillity, the services and the added value that the human gives in relationships, your work of advice and accompaniment, the craftsmen, the people who give of their person with dignity and courage. Thank you for these beautiful moments, we will come back and talk about it around us.

For the photos, we will make a montage but near the holidays because we have a lot of work. I attach the Christmas and New Year’s Eve menus. This is another kitchen but we loved yours and have already copied some recipes!!!
