A little message to tell you that we have returned to France

I would also like to make a small clarification when to the notice I wrote on the satisfaction form concerning the Ruby River hotel I think that the first room we had did not correspond to the reservation besides what I claimed at the reception of the hotel or have to try to convince me otherwise without conviction on my part.

On the other hand, the second room before our departure was compliant and very spacious equivalent to the other rooms in the different hotels where we have been

I think you should set up a procedure for example with photos of this fact the hotel there would be no doubt about the reservation and the hotel obliged to respect these commitments

That said the hotel staff is very nice and attentive to the customer

We would like me and my companion to express our warm congratulations and thanks to you and your team for organizing our trip

Everything was perfectly organized we are very happy with our stay with lots of good surprises, we were very well welcomed everywhere with very nice and warm people

This trip will remain a great memory and we will call on your services again if we have to return to Vietnam
