We come back delighted with our trip to Asia!
We would like to thank you and your team for the perfect organization of our tour in Vietnam, Laos and Cambodia.
On our arrival, we appreciated the warm welcome on the premises of your agency and subsequently the professionalism and kindness of the 6 guides as well as the dexterity of the 6 drivers who allowed us to discover these 3 countries in all serenity.
We took “full eyes” by discovering the wonderful landscapes throughout our journey:
– Halong Bay cruise with stunning sunrise
– Walking in the rice fields of the Sapa region and meeting ethnic groups in the mountains
– Visiting Laotian villages, a superb hike to Khuang Si Falls, not to mention the visit to Luang Prabang, a beautiful city on the banks of the Mekong, a majestic river.
– The discovery of the sites of Angkor in Cambodia: impressive! as well as villages on stilts: surprising!
– Boat ride in a mangrove of South Vietnam, the discovery of the floating market of Cai Rang without forgetting the very enriching visit of Hue and Hoi An.
We do not forget the many visits to temples, pagodas and museums that allowed us, thanks to the explanations of our guides, to better understand the culture and civilization of these 3 countries.
What about the frantic pace of cities like Hanoi and Saigon with the many markets, street food, all embellished with horns of thousands of scooters and… pedestrians making their way through all this without much difficulty: very unusual for us!
We also enjoyed the local gastronomy served by a friendly and smiling staff.
In terms of accommodation, the hotels chosen were very comfortable, well equipped and the staff very welcoming. In addition, they were well located in the heart of the old quarter which allowed us to walk around and dine nearby.
In conclusion, the title of our tour “splendour of Indochina” illustrates exactly what we experienced during these 25 days.
