Hello Mr Ta Bau

We returned to France on Tuesday and for me, work has already resumed.

We thank you very much for the organisation of our trip. We don’t have enough words to describe our satisfaction and our love for your country and the Vietnamese people.

We really appreciated the welcome of the staff in your office and the kindness and professionalism of each guide.

We really appreciated the attention you provide to your clients, especially having a phone during the stay to contact you if needed. We did not use it because everything was perfect. We appreciated having water available during our stay.

All the hotels we chose were perfect.

We were a bit disappointed with two days in the clouds in Sapa and we certainly missed some beautiful scenery because we couldn’t see anything but we are still satisfied because the weather is that of this region and nobody can do anything about it and we had great visits to the villages and contacts with the locals. It remains a very good memory.

The evening we spent with the guide Marguerite in a local’s house was extraordinary.

Finally, I could detail everything, everything was great and it is the most beautiful trip we have done.

Vietnam will remain for a long time in our hearts, in our heads and we hope to return there one day.
