We would like to thank you for the organisation of our trip which, thanks to your seriousness and professionalism, was very successful.

Our guides and drivers were all very helpful and attentive with a special mention for Phoen from Saigon who was extremely pleasant, considerate, full of initiative and had a perfect command of French.

Our hotels were comfortable with a plus for the one in Sapa which was very luxurious and a minus for the one in Hué (no heating and bad weather) as well as the one in Cho Doc which was too far away.

The discovery of the Trian lake and the fishermen’s village was very nice.

I wanted to share with you all our remarks and tell you that we are delighted to have been able to discover your beautiful country in such good conditions.
