I’m sorry I haven’t replied to your previous message yet, but at the beginning of the new school year, work starts again and there are many things to do with the children; my daughter has left for her studies in the North of France and my son Nicolas will also leave next month for the South!

I often look at the photos we brought back from your beautiful country and we relive some of the good times we had in Vietnam. We had a hard time coming back to French food because we really like yours and sometimes we make a BO BUN or a BUN CHA to remind us.
