We are having a very nice trip and will soon be leaving for Canada. Thank you to your Horizon agency who greatly contributed to a wonderful discovery of central and northern Vietnam. Thanks to Lien and Thom who ensured a very good follow-up.

Here are some small comments to improve some aspects of your tourist offer, if you wish.

– The assessment/evaluation forms provided to us by the guides should always include an envelope (or other means) that ensures confidentiality. It is not easy to evaluate without constraints when we submit the forms directly to the guide. On the other hand, in Hue, the Diep guide had an envelope to seal. Also, we did not have to complete an evaluation for Hanoi (Mrs. Ahn Thau)

– The guide we enjoyed very much is the one from Sapa, Thanh. The drivers are always punctual and cautious on the road.

– Train to Sapa: few or no services to the train company, they ignore us. Luckily our guide took us straight to the right wagon. In addition, the train staff asks us to complete the evaluation form from the start! I know, however, that this is not the responsibility of your agency. On the way back, the service was better.

– Very satisfied with the services of Swan cruises for the 3 days in Halong. Boat for a small group, outstanding service, delicious food as well as good entertainment. However they say they offer wi-fi, but it was not possible.
