The hotel in Sapa is very good. Its location is ideal. Also, we were upgraded with a room with a view. The staff is very helpful.

You had reserved a table at the Red Dao restaurant. It was a very good choice. We liked it very much and the food is delicious. The service is impeccable

The hotel in Hanoi is of high quality. We had a nice room but an even nicer one when we returned from Ha long. Large and quiet with a nice balcony. This is really a hotel very well located. The staff is friendly and very helpful. we enjoyed it very much.

The cruise to Halong satisfied us in every way. Everyone makes efforts to satisfy us. This cruise is for us an unforgettable moment.

We are now at HUE. The hotel is perfect. The best hotel of our trip so far. Breakfast is exceptional. The room was large and sunny. The bed was very comfortable and gigantic. No noise. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Really a very good hotel.

On the other hand, we were very disappointed by the welcome in Lao Cai.

We were parked in a gloomy dining room at the back of the building.

Breakfast was limited to a coffee and eggs, with fruit juice remaining for a fee.

We wanted to make you aware of the fact that the hotel where you directed us does not seem to us to be up to the services of your agency.
