Your responsiveness, and your choice of accommodation both with locals and in hotels satisfied us (with the exception of our hotel in HoinAn (Thuy Duong for which we gave a bad rating which can be consulted on TripAdvisor..)).

Our days were well organized, neither too busy nor too busy, with the right tempo.
About our guides
The first Linh guide in Hanoi enchanted us with his delicacy, professionalism and kindness.
The second guide whose first name we forgot to write down who accompanied us from Lao Cai was also very professional, we learned a lot, and discussed a lot during our walks, and his French expression was perfectly clear.
The third guide who accompanied us to Huė was difficult to hear, his French was not articulate, this guide is not perfectly French-speaking, and he also seemed a little familiar to us.
Mai’s fourth replacement guide did not satisfy us, we had to pick her up at the airport on our arrival, we had the feeling that we were running through Hanoi…to leave us at our hotel at 3 p.m…. .we had not gone to the hotel as planned in the morning…his French was average.
Mai, who accompanied us to the Cambodian border, is a remarkable woman, her kindness and courtesy made this stage a delight.
Our first guide in Cambodia in Phnom Penhn seemed to us not very motivated to make us discover this city, we had to ask questions when we passed somewhere, no initiative to tell us the sites in front which we passed.
Our driver connecting Phnom Penhn to Angkor was very friendly, and we were able to chat a little in English, it was a good time.
Our welcome to Angkor did not satisfy us at all, the young woman who welcomed us was haughty she made us drop off at the sites to visit … this service was useless a driver would have sufficed disappointing service she replaced the guide the next day.
Our last guide in Cambodia has completely satisfied us. Very communicative, he was driven by a strong desire to share with us the story of this grandiose site combining both professionalism and humour. Perfectly French-speaking guide.
The drivers were friendly and courteous the last one in Angkor totally enchanted us.
We were seduced by the kindness of our host in Ben Tre when tasting the fruits of his garden.
We would like to end by evoking the welcome to Ta Van in our host family.
This young family deserves by its welcome its kindness its simplicity to be encouraged in its approach which welcomes families of foreigners. The meal was tasty, we were particularly sensitive to this service at this meal shared with the family with their little boy. It is a real crush.
If you can pass on to this family our sincere thanks and encouragement.
finally, we would like to underline the lack of confidentiality of the evaluation form given to us at the end of each stage without an envelope (except for Linh who gave us an envelope). This way of proceeding seems delicate to us because it lacks confidentiality.
We will keep this beautiful trip a very beautiful memory.
