Hello Thanh,
We returned very well to France and our usual life resumed its course.
This trip will remain for the four of us a great memory.
We really enjoyed the five guides who accompanied us: the first, Duke, in Hanoi, was just a little too reserved. The second, Hui, in Hue and Hoï An, interested us a lot and spoke very good French, his replacement of the last day who accompanied us to My Son was very good too. The young woman, Uyen, in Saigon and the Mekong Deltas had some shortcomings in French but was very friendly, dynamic and interesting. The last one, in Siem Reap, informed us very well about the temples of Angkor and spoke excellent French. We also do not forget, the young guide of Halong Bay, full of vitality and enthusiasm. It is a pity that out of 16 tourists, including 10 French-speaking, we could not benefit from his service in French.
The drivers introduced us to driving in Vietnam which is very different from that practised in France. They all drive well and carefully and the cars are very comfortable.
The hotels were all in great locations. The staff has always been very welcoming. Our best rating will go to Siem Reap and Hero An.
We really enjoyed the restaurants, with all these “discovery” menus. The food in Vietnam is excellent, full of flavours and diversity.
Thank you again for the perfect organization of your agency and the respect for the program you have proposed to us. A small disappointment however on the last day during the outing on Lake Tomlé Sap. We only saw the floating village from a very far away and the boat simply took us to a floating shop and a very small crocodile and fish farm.
Please pass on our best memory and greetings to the team who worked with you to make our trip so successful.
Best regards
Cecile Da Costa
