Hi all!
Indeed we are back after a journey of more than 27 hours of flights and stopovers. In addition, we returned to the snow and cold. Quite a contrast with a warm and welcoming Vietnam.
First of all, we would like to sincerely thank you for your warm welcome upon our arrival in Vietnam. This gave us confidence from the beginning of our stay in your wonderful country.
We discovered a country with beautiful landscapes in contrast with mountains, plains, valleys, rivers, modest villages and large urban cities. Observation, that no matter the region where the village visited, the people are welcoming and always smiling. They seemed happy to meet us just as much as we were too.
To the north, our guide Thé Anh introduced us to his corner of the country with enthusiasm. He shared with us his knowledge of the different ethnic minorities in the region and introduced us to beautiful places.
In the centre, our guide Uyen, very small as she was silk with us. We have nicknamed it “our pearl of Vietnam”. She happily shared with us all her knowledge of her region. What beautiful memories for our eyes and hearts.
In the south, our mother Mai (Madeleine) treated us like her children. When we met other guides, we could see that she is also the mother of other guides. Everyone had great respect for her and we had a lot of fun doing the tours with her.
In Cambodia, our guide Pharina, made us discover grandiose sites with ancient temples. She gave us the desire to come back to Cambodia for a longer stay to discover the whole of her country.
Our stay in Vietnam and Cambodia will remain engraved in our minds and hearts thanks to the wonderful work of your entire team, from the welcome, through your guides knowing the history of their respective region, a team of drivers of the most professional, very careful and attentive.
