This little word is important to testify to the professionalism of the agency HORIZON VIETNAM TRAVEL who organized our trip, in order to discover this magnificent country from North to South. We were reassured about its progress because the organization is sharp: the receptions at the airports by a French-speaking guide, the reception at the headquarters of the agency which allows us to finalize the trip and meet our interlocutors, the loan of a mobile phone to be reached and reach the agency if necessary … travel by private car.

I particularly salute the agency’s responsiveness to the concerns inherent in such a trip:

1/ due to a strike in France, our luggage arrived at our hotel, 36:00 after the start of our trip

2/ we were very unhappy with a guide in Ho Chi Minh City who had allowed himself, by abusing our credulity, to modify the schedule of visits at will, and was dishonest. Notified the same day, the agency took this element into account, and sent us, the next day, a young guide with whom we were able to finish the trip with confidence.

3/ We would like to thank our three young guides, named Hung, Mai and Tuan, who were keen to share with us the history and love of their country.
