Hello Thom, It’s been a week since we returned to France after a wonderful stay in your beautiful country and our heads are still filled with beautiful images. I delayed writing to you because, on our return, my wife and I were ill. The heat of Cambodia and the air-conditioning in the minibus gave us a cold which meant that I had to stay in bed for three days on antibiotics, but it didn’t matter, the main thing is that our trip was a success. First of all, I apologize for the delay concerning the phone: as agreed, I gave it in a pouch with the charger to our last guide “Phy Veasna” in Siem Reap. I also wanted to thank you for your welcome and the excellent organisation of our trip. Everything was perfect: the hotels, the food, the richness of the programme and the kindness of the guides. A special note for the drivers who were very careful unlike other drivers on the roads. Elizabeth’s birthday was also very nice and appreciated her attention. Amongst the sites we visited, the land-based Ha Long Bay particularly appealed to us for its wild and natural character. I would like to renew our sympathy and ask you to pass on my good memories to Mr Ta Bau whom we, unfortunately, did not have the opportunity to meet, and I will not fail to recommend your agency to friends.
