Our wonderful trip to Vietnam and Cambodia is now over.
We would like to thank and congratulate you and the entire Horizon Vietnam Travel team for the quality of the program you have developed for us, as well as for the quality of the services and services provided.
Everything was perfect.
The hotels have been exceptional, with warm welcomes, high-class services, and often remarkable environments.
Only one “downside”, the breakfast of the hotel in Phnom Penh was not up to the other hotels.
The drivers have always been very punctual and drove very carefully.
The guides all showed great skill in presenting the country and describing the history of monuments, temples, pagodas and museums.
Our “favourite” is awarded to our first guide in Hanoi, who had accompanied us during our visit to your premises, and who stayed with us at the airport until our departure to Hue. He was very kind. We also greatly appreciated our guide in Siem Reap for his competence in all the explanations about Buddhist and Hindu temples and religions.
All the guides were very attentive with a great sense of service.
We return with lots of images, memories, and events of this beautiful trip that we will share with our children and friends.
We will be happy to “advertise” your agency to our friends who are planning to travel to Vietnam and Cambodia.
In the future perspective of another great trip with my wife, do not hesitate to inform me of the other destinations you manage and to submit other projects (Thailand, Laos, Burma ..).
