We are back from our beautiful trip to Vietnam.

We would like to thank you, particularly for the very good organisation of our stay, and for the welcome, we received on our arrival (very nice) See attached photo

Everything was perfect.  We already recommend your agency to colleagues who have a travel project in Vietnam.

We would also like to thank you for your help and concern when Nicole’s incident occurred at the pool (especially as it was the time of your wedding)

The 5 guides who accompanied us were very competent and spoke perfect French.

We particularly appreciated Nicolas who was very pleasant, listened to our requests and answered all our questions.  Kien was particularly present during Nicole’s accident and helped us a lot. He is very professional.

The program was well respected and we appreciated the meeting with the Vietnamese people, during the lunches at the inhabitant’s house.

The hotels chosen were very good. Remarks: The two hotels in the South (Eden hotel and Iris hotel) were noisy.

The ancient house village was the most beautiful.

On the other hand, at the time of our arrival in Lao Cai by the night train, we did not appreciate the breakfast

and the shower that we had to take in a shabby hotel and we think that they were personal rooms

We will not fail to contact you for the next trip.
