I apologize for not responding more quickly to your request for comment. No, I had not forgotten you, but after an absence of 11 weeks, I had a lot of things to settle.

First of all, thank you for the warm and heartfelt welcome during our visit to your agency on Thursday, March 9th.

First, here are my “favourites”:

Sitting on terraces to watch the traffic in Saigon and Hanoi

All the bike and water rides in typical boats The hikes

in the Sapa region and ethnic groups

The theatrical evening in Hanoi

The southern guide: Khon Le Tanh, the other 2 were very good

The church of Phat Diem

Tunnels of Cu Chi, are impressive and sad at the same time

The meals we prepared

All the markets we visited (I am a fan of the markets)

Ha Long Bay land

Hotels are VERY well located

Changes that may be made:

In terms of food, which is very different from our habits and sometimes uneven, I ask myself the following question: for extended stays, i.e. more than 15 days, I think it would be a good idea if we could choose a part of our own menu for certain meals included in the package. Of course, it would be more expensive for the customer, but I think it would still be worth offering this choice to customers when they choose their packages.

When we arrived in Hanoi, instead of visiting another pagoda, I think the Museum of Ethnography would have been a good choice. My husband and I went to visit this museum in our free days and enjoyed it very much.

During our 2 days in Ha Long Bay on land, I noticed that there was a national park. I believe it would have been interesting to visit this park or another park, instead of returning for one night to Hanoi and returning the next day for the Ha Long Bay cruise. We did a lot of driving with this “round trip”. If I have one regret about this trip, it is not having seen wild animals, monkeys, birds and others.

Other ideas: visit a beautiful church in the central area? A few hours at the beach, still in the central area? But remove what, if we add these attractions??

In conclusion, your agency offers very good value for money. I have no hesitation in recommending you when I talk to people who want to go to Asia. I greatly appreciated that you gave us a phone when we arrived, it’s safe. Your concern for customers could serve as an example for many companies. I hope that no client will abuse your services and kindness.

If we return to Asia, to a country where you offer services, we will be your customers, that’s for sure!
