First of all, I would like to apologise for the delay in sending us our comments after our stay in your beautiful country. Rather than filling in the questionnaire, I prefer to make my comments by email.

We were really delighted with our trip and the discovery during 3 weeks in Vietnam, followed by a week in Cambodia.

We loved every step of our trip, with perhaps a little extra for the 12 days we spent in the north. This region is really beautiful and we had great encounters with the population. Everything was very well-organised. Throughout our stay in Vietnam, we had comfortable cars and excellent drivers. The guides were also very interesting and friendly, especially in the north and south, with a good command of French.  The cars in Cambodia were older, but again the drivers and guides were very good.

As for the hotels, which we had chosen rather modestly – between 2 and 3 stars – they were on the whole excellent value for money.

We have already spoken about your agency and recommend it warmly.

Thank you again for your efficiency and your kindness – we have not forgotten the meal with traditional dances and the massages offered in Cambodia to compensate for an impromptu change of hotel and we thank you for that. Thank you also for the phone we lent you during our stay in Vietnam which allowed us to communicate with you.
