Regarding your questionnaire, we really appreciated: The restaurants you chose during the tour: very good and copious meals, nice restaurants.

As for the tour, we appreciated the balance of the tour; we usually arrived at the hotels around 4 pm. This still left us some free time. Maybe in a cooler period, clients ask for more tours but for us. It was very good because the afternoon was very hot for us (it was 8° in this period in France!) The guides were all 4 very nice and competent and they deserve to continue to accompany your customers,

As for the drivers, we could appreciate their kindness with us and especially their competence because driving in Vietnam is unusual for us! As for the hotels, they corresponded to our expectations: Comfortable and clean, good breakfasts and all well located in the city centre. The night train trips: very good, very clean and comfortable (we slept well!) The cruise on Halong Bay: wonderful on this magnificent boat! A very good surprise for us! We also really liked the fact that you checked up on us regularly by phone.

Once again, we confirm that we were very satisfied with the way you prepared our tour. We also appreciated your welcome when we arrived in Hanoi and getting to know you and your team was a great pleasure for us.
