Hello to you both,

I am taking the liberty of associating with you for once because this email is to inform you of my impressions of this trip.

First of all, we came back well and the temperature contrast was shocking in the Mekong delta it was 39° when we left Ho Chi Minh 29° at 06h00 in the morning and an arrived at 17h00 in Paris where it was only 11°.

As far as your teams in the north, centre and south are concerned, they were all perfect, kind and pleasant, attentive to the client’s needs, impeccable discretion, perfect explanations of the sites and monuments, everything was up to my expectations, the drivers were also very good.

The hotels are very good on the whole, although the Signature hotel in Saigon is a bit noisy and the one in Hoi An is a bit far away, that’s not a problem.

To come back to your agency Horizon Vietnam Travel, even if it is young, I can assure you that you are a wonderful and serious agency, welcoming, friendly and that you keep your commitments, so a big bravo to you doubled with sincere thanks.

This is what I wanted to say to you this Sunday, the day after my return, would you like me to send you photos of the central and southern regions of Vietnam for your information as well as those of your guides and regional drivers.
