Vietnam has 9 international airports , know that currently only 5 of them are served by flights from foreign countries.
Here is our little presentation of the list of airports in our beautiful country, Vietnam. Do not hesitate to take a look at it for good preparation for the trip.
Vietnam airport, which one?
There are a total of 55 airports in Vietnam, 21 of which are inactive. In this article, we only discuss the assets, their management is provided by the Vietnam Airports Corporation.
International airports
As mentioned above, Vietnam has 9 international airports but there are only 5 of them served by international flights currently:
- Tan Son Nhat (in Ho Chi Minh City),
- Noi Bai (in Hanoi)
- Cam Ranh (Nha Trang),
- Danang (in Danang)
- Phu Quoc (in Phu Quoc)
The remaining four that receive domestic flights include Can Tho (in Can Tho), Lien Khuong (in Da Lat), Phu Bai (in Hue), and Cat Bi (in Hai Phong).
National airports
The staff of the national airports of Vietnam is in all 12. They are: Ca Mau (in Ca Mau), Rach Gia (in Kien Giang), ), Phu Cat (in Binh Dinh), Tuy Hoa (in Phu Yen) , Buon Ma Thuot (in Daklak), Pleiku (in Gia Lai), Con Dao (in Ba Ria- Vung Tau), Dong Hoi (in Quang Binh), Chu Lai (in Quang Nam), Vinh (in Nghe An), Tho Xuan (in Thanh Hoa), and Dien Bien Phu (in Dien Bien).
