I would like to start by saying THANK YOU!!! I award you a prize for excellence for this magnificent trip. My wife and I have very much appreciated all the work, organization and professionalism of your agency.

You have a very beautiful country, a population rich in smiles.

Very nice hotels, good restaurants (except in Hue), a very nice tour and an exceptional organization without any waiting time.

The second pleasant night in a local house was disappointing: for 4-star service, the room was limited, without heating or luxury, a “house” without charm, not very typical (whereas there were beautiful houses on stilts in the same residence just next door), and the friendly dinner was transformed into a simple meal, alone, without any exchange and contact with the family.

We only regret the quality of some of the guides, (that I qualify more as companions than guides). The female guide in Hanoi was just starting in the profession but did what she could… As for the guide in Saigon, we were very disappointed: He didn’t master French well, was too present, smothering and had too few explanations overall. He left us with a bad opinion of the south, of Saigon and of the quality of the guides.

But don’t worry, these “criticisms” are only communicated to you out of concern to make you appreciate even more in the future, and to improve these few details.

My wife and I are still under the spell of your beautiful Vietnam, thanks to you: THANK YOU !!! If in the future we come back to your country or to Cambodia we will gladly go through your agency and your teams. We already speak about you (in good!!!) around us and do not miss to make you good publicity.
